Local took me here for lunch before a flight out of DCA. Cool old street with many bars/restaurants and close to airport. Very popular spot with a great, ground level bar. Lots of seating and TV's. Bartender was nice and attentive. When in Rome.....had to try the crab cake plate. They claim their cakes are filler free. Big, double cakes. A little fishy for my taste but others might enjoy. Fries were nothing special. Really good coleslaw but you only get a small plastic cup of it. Rather fill up on the crab but not in this case. Full bar and good selection of beers.

Welp. It's finally happened. The day I gave dreaded for the (literal) years that the pub has put up with my off menu order of hot dogs, instead of their chili dogs.... I didn't get my fries.... This is it guys. It's all downhill from here.... Kidding!! I love love love these guys!! missing fries aside. Just want to publicly say thanks for putting up with my ridiculousness and plethora of nonsense over the years. You guys are pretty freakin rad!!&

Sizzling chicken and shrimp without the shrimp. Very good dinner meal. Huge portion and fulfilling. Service is good as always. College March madness got the vibe right.

My seafood cake sandwich was good, the remoulade sauce very good and great on the accompanying fries. Watched a fun hokey game and had a good visit with friends. Was not happy that they asked for a card before my order and kept my card for an hr. Not what I'm used to but I don't normally have a bar tab. Casual bar at but with better food than expected.

This is definitely a neighborhood staple. It was somewhat late... like almost midnight, and I just wanted to go out since nothing was really going on for the convention yet. It was a relatively short walk away (5-10 min), and for the time it was, it was lively. The music was a mix of things and the bartenders were into it, which I liked. They were also friendly, and you could tell some folks were regulars. Apparently they have a lot of different events -- I saw pool tables, but I hear they have multiple levels and do karaoke and such. Now that's fun! I didn't see any stairs, and I didn't ask because it wasn't that important. It was nice to get away for a bit and I would come back. Good vibes!

So good we came back the next day! Came in for supper and really enjoyed the seafood cake sandwich (I ate mine without the bun). It was amazing with lightly breaded outside and crab, shrimp and scallops combined into a party. I opted for mac and cheese as my side and really wasn't worth it (just ok). We saw they had happy hour and nightly specials so we came back the next night since this is located close to our hotel. Sat on the 2nd level until it got too smoky from people on the deck. We ordered several appetizers on the happy hour special. We really liked the pretzels (served with cheese sauce and a yummy honey mustard for dipping). The chicken bites were good and it was a lot of food. Also tried the shrimp and grits (it was Fat Tuesday and they had a lot of NOLA food options) but it didn't seem like this was something they had experience making. The grits we basically plain with some cheese melted on top. The shrimp was good though. I didn't have the molten chocolate cake but my friends loved it. Overall, food was a good value and staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Owners are class acts. Food is great. The enthusiasm of the crowd during a game rocks. More TV screens than anywhere else. But it's the hospitality that Billy showed that will bring me back for life. Billy is so sharp hemophiliacs have to file a restraining order before they can meet him.

Nice hang out spot for a few beers, appetizers and more. Has pool tables and some game machines in the back. The service is not that great unless you sit at the bar. Fun place to watch some sports in tv and grab something quick late at night.

The service was great and the mimosas were spot on. We found parking behind the restaurant in a big lot. The wings were cooked and seasoned very well. We also ordered a Philly cheesesteak that was huge and it came with fries. We ordered the burger and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My favorite were the crispy onion rings! Overall great sports pub to watch all and any spots with awesome vibes. Will be back!
